I’ll start out with a disclaimer here. I did not think up these delicious creations. Ashley, a friend of mine shared them on Facebook. She’s a beautiful fit mom who is always sharing some awesome, healthy food pics (which I need to eat more of). So I pull inspiration from many sources, and I’ll always give credit where credit is due.
These make for a perfect meal prep addition, or post workout snack. In fact, I left the gym today from an amazing fasted chest and biceps workout. So I was pretty hungry. These definitely hit the spot, packed with some protein, healthy fats, and good carbs. Plus they only take like 2 minutes to make.
Grab a few medium sized tortillas, a jar of peanut butter, and some fresh bananas. Another option instead of tortillas are the healthy wraps you can get at almost any grocery store. There are so many flavors and options to choose from.
Start by spreading a thick slab of peanut butter down the middle of your tortillas.
Peel a fresh banana and place it on top of the peanut butter.
Now roll them up tight and enjoy. A glass of cold milk washes them down nicely!
